Customer has 30 days from date of the purchase to return sealed, undamaged product in resaleable condition. Returned products will inspected by our logistics team with 14 business days of receipt. Upon verification, refunds will be issued within 14 business days of that date. Customers are solely responsible for any return shipping and handling cost. Any original shipping cost will not be refunded. Returns will only be accepted with a maximum of 1 item (e.g. 1 tube or 1 box of whitening strips or 1 mouthwash bottle) opened/unsealed.
Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee extends for 30 days from the date of purchase. Our Guarantee only applies to the first order (single order) by a new customer. To qualify, an order must be placed on gma-livfresh.myshopify.com. Only 1 single item purchased across bundles and multipacks may be opened (not sealed) for our guarantee and return policy to take effect. Any original shipping cost will not be refunded.
For example, if a user purchases a 3-Pack of whitening strips, only 1 box may be opened, and the majority of the treatments (at least 8 sealed treatments - 16 strips) inside that 1 box must be returned inside the original packaging, along with the 2 remaining sealed remaining boxes. To further clarify, for any multipacks or bundles, only 1 single product may be opened (not sealed). If a user purchases a bundle or multipack, he or she must return all products (including 1 opened item and gift bag) in original packaging. If more than 1 product has been opened (unsealed) and/or is not in resaleable condition, then the guarantee and our return policy are both void.
All sealed products must be in a resaleable condition at the discretion of our Logistics team, so please keep this in mind while packaging (i.e., not in an envelope, but in a box).
